Does anyone know the correct way to find your bra size .Would a fitting somewhere be worth it?

I’m confused as I’ve read that you need to add 4 inches to the under bust to get band size, but also read this isn’t the case anymore

The best bra fitting I've had was at Victoria's Secret. Boux Avenue and M&S are both useless so don't waste your time going there.

I used a small local lingerie shop. They sole expensive stuff but the fit was perfect after being measured by also insist on measuring each time I buy unless very recent as they say your size and shape can change with weight and also gym work etc
