I'm after long sleeve bodies or vests .. in bright / girls colours, age 0-3 months. I love yellow, orange, anything patterned, stripes, plain block colours, but not after greys or neutral.

Really hard to find anything online. Would be so grateful for links or ideas to individual or sets/ packs.

Something like this ..

I got some off amazon. They also have poppers at the neck so the neck doesn’t go saggy.

Maxamora or Duns

HPandTheNeverEndingBedtime · 07/01/2020 10:29

Buy plain white ones and dye them at home. Doesn't take very long and older sibling could get involved doing tye dye patterns etc.

babycatcher411 · 07/01/2020 10:31

I went into an Asda Living recently and was surprised by their wide range of vests, I wasn’t specifically looking for bright stuff but I definitely remember there being a good few to chose from

ps1991 · 07/01/2020 10:32

Asda have some lovely ones. They wash nice too. And John Lewis usually have plain block colours

AwkwardAsAllGetout · 07/01/2020 10:34

Sainsbury’s or marks and Spencer’s are great for colourful girls clothes, including vests

goingtoneedabiggercar · 07/01/2020 10:36

I'm sure I saw more in store but some of these are quite bright. I have some lovely sleep suits from ASDA that are really bright, they're the next size up so he hasn't worn them yet but he has other ASDA ones just now that wash really well.

These are brilliant

villamariavintrapp · 07/01/2020 11:02

Boots miniclub have really lovely bright prints, not sure about vests, but loved their sleepsuits

Tinyandpetite · 07/01/2020 11:06

I remember dying loads of baby clothes various colours, dylon machine dye. She had every colour going and tie dye. I remember getting some lovely pattern ones from boots

DesLynamsMoustache · 07/01/2020 11:07

ASDA have some in at the moment. I just got some for DD.

DesLynamsMoustache · 07/01/2020 11:09

Oh and check both the boys and girls sections. I get a lot of stuff for DD from the 'boys' bit when it's really entirely unisex.

ineedto · 07/01/2020 11:19

Frugi, Gap, Jojo, H&M and Boden often have some.

goingroundagain · 07/01/2020 16:38

Dying your own... Shock I don't think I have the time for that. Also if the stitching isn't cotton that won't dye the voice of experience.

I've picked up a couple of sale long sleeve bodies on Jo Jo. I like some on Boden, but I don't need the bows on the obvious girls set. Other sets on most sites seem to have a mix of colours so lean more boy. I have a lot of unisex (but more boy clothes) as have an older boy I've saved all the clothes from , so just looking for a few more girly pieces to mix in.

@JohnLapsleyParlabane do these only sell through third parties ? Where is best to buy ? I like the patterns would probably only buy in sale.

I buy on Facebook Preloved groups

Clymene · 07/01/2020 17:13

They're big! They're to fit huge Scandi children although I have never bought baby clothes from them, only for toddlers upwards.

There is a POP pre-loved facebook group so you could get a few bits from there and see how they fit? They have great resale value too

InkogKneeToe · 07/01/2020 17:26

Frugi, Kite and Toby Tiger

TheJoxter · 07/01/2020 17:29

Beeboobuzz do plain bright vests/tops/leggings

Little goat gruff have a small range of solid bright vests and also have a good sale on scandi brands at the moment www.littlegoatgruff.co.uk/collections/baby-vests-and-bodies?page=2

There’s lots of Facebook selling pages for bright/scandi baby clothes

Duns, maxomorra, frugi, villervalla, moromini, Alba, jny, naperonuttu, smafolk are a few good brands off the top of my head!

For shops also try babipur and funkylittlepeople

Sharonthetotallyinsane · 07/01/2020 19:03

You can get Boden vests on eBay.

I buy Maxomorra, Frugi, Mini Rodini, Toby Tiger and H n M periodically has jazzy ones.

jeremypaxo · 07/01/2020 19:32

M&S has got a set of bright coloured plain long sleeve bodysuits at the moment. There's a teal, mustard, coral and sky blue plus grey.

lottieleo · 09/01/2020 07:16
