Outfit for wedding

Could this dress work for a late summer wedding?

I am about 5’3’’ so the length would probably be slightly longer on me which I would prefer anyway and a size 12 - would dress it up possibly with a fascinator.

I am terribly fussy and don’t wear dresses but want something nice but not too dressy for a family wedding.

No idea what sort of accessories to choose - navy shoes/bag and fascinator of some sort?
