Jeans to wear with hiker boots.

I have just bought a lovely new pair of hiker boots and would like some new jeans too; I tend to only go with what I know and wouldn't mind trying some new styles. I live rurally and even the closest town is pretty limited so online shopping is my best option.

I am early 40s, size 10 - 12 (small waist, flat stomach, hips and backside not a problem but larger legs).

Any recommendations please?

Topshop have loads to choose from. They pair that style of boot with straight ankle length jeans but worth an online browse.

Personally I love jeggings. Sainsbury's or Asda sooo comfortable and straight leg which are great with boots.

I would wear them with mom or barrel leg jeans, or wide cropped trousers. Have a look at this blogger - her Instagram is linked on her blog - for some ideas.

I wear mine with boyfriend jeans which I roll up. DH takes the piss but I don't care. I am 50 and a size 16.

I saw on Alpkit they do jeans that are also functional (moisture repellant etc for hikes lol)! called jeanius
