Beginner Make up/skin care YouTube or insta

Looking from recommendations for beginner tutorials for make up and general skin care advice, please? I’m trying hard to make more effort with my self but my lack of skills with make up in particular is letting me down.

Youtube is great. Skincare james welsh and makeup tips robert welsh, hyram also does good skincare reviews. These are more advice than tutorials though
