Their ads keep popping up on FB and I really like the look of their stuff. Has anyone used them - good quality? True sizing etc?

I've ordered from them - the quality is lovely but the sizing for tops is enormous.
I'm a 16 and had to return the 16-18 as it was huge on me.

I only bought one thing, the black scarf, but I love it and I’ve worn it every day since.
