Blue Nile diamonds- any experiences?

I'm looking to replace my engagement ring.

I've been studying online jewellers.

Blue Nile looks ok,

Purely Diamonds and 77Diamonds get mixed reviews in a feature written by a journalist (though hard to know if it's biased or genuine.)

I've also looked at Samara James- their customer service is good as I know someone who bought from them - but their prices are higher than the other companies.

I'm looking at around a £3K ring so need to get it right.

My husband got both my engagement and eternity ring from Blue Nile 10 years apart and I’ve had no issues. I had the engagement ring resized by a london jeweller and that went smoothly too. I assume that DH was happy as he went back for the eternity ring.
