Recommend me your blusher

I love high end make up but I've always used a l'oreal blusher which now doesn't even last till lunch time. I like a healthy glow and not overly made up look, not fussed about colour but would like something long lasting.

TIA

I love nars, hourglass and a toofaced peach perfect blush :)

HeyMicky · 03/01/2020 16:17

Daniel Sandler watercolour blush is beautiful - sheer but buildable

Sparklyring · 03/01/2020 16:33

I've heard good things about Daniel Sadler but wasnt sure about it being a liquid one as I only wear a light power and not foundation. Would it still work?

I do love hour glass highlighters, hadn't thought to try blushers

Are you looking for pressed powders, cream, liquid, jelly etc blushes? For PP, I'd recommend the Hourglass lightning, for cream, Glossier's Cloud Paint has great pigmentation. I'd stay away from ABH though. Not sure why but their blush trio was incredibly chalky!

*Hourglass lighting

Bobbi Brown pot rouge

Hourglass or Glossier Cloud Paints

Violetroselily · 03/01/2020 17:40

Benefit Rockateur is a lovely shade of pink

BloodyCats · 03/01/2020 17:42

Dandelion - Benefit

XingMing · 03/01/2020 17:59

Stila Peony is subtle but flattering.

Dinnertime22 · 03/01/2020 18:06

Bobbi Brown. Stays on for my 12 hour shifts.

BunnytheBlueWhale · 03/01/2020 18:09

Nars, Hourglass, Benefit

They all do palettes too in case you like a range of colours

georgialondon · 03/01/2020 18:18

Dandelion Benefit is great

BunnytheBlueWhale · 03/01/2020 18:23

It really depends on your colouring as to whether Dandelion would work for you but many love it. Benefit Dallas is my favourite blusher of all time.

I also like Mac

Minesnotahighhorse · 03/01/2020 18:52

Chanel Les Beiges No.22 (cream blush in a stick). I am pale and switching to peachy blusher has been a complete game changer - so much more flattering!!

Sammi38 · 03/01/2020 18:59

The balm down boy! It’s a pink based blusher and the best I’ve used.

Outlookmainlyfair · 03/01/2020 19:31

Nars multiple (much more satisfying than the straight blusher)

LifeInAHamsterWheel · 03/01/2020 19:31

I love Sleek blush in shade Rose Gold - apparently a dupe of Nars Orgasm. A little goes a long way and I always get compliments on my blush!

professionalnomad · 03/01/2020 19:50

My longest lasting blush is no.7. Longer than benefit's rockateur and my hourglass for sure. Illamasqua also make amaz blu long lasting blushes and they have a fabulous sale right now

MamaFlintstone · 03/01/2020 19:52

Glossier cloud paint and Illamasqua colour veil are the best liquid/gel ones I’ve tried, hands down.

If you prefer powder, I think Nars Gaiety is the only one I’ve ever used up and repurchased on multiple occasions, it’s bright but sheer at the same time.

Sarahlouiseis33 · 03/01/2020 22:21

I love benefit dandelion. But I am very fair. I don’t think it would show up on a darker skin tone x

Flicketyflack · 03/01/2020 22:27

Benefit dandelion Wink

BestIsWest · 03/01/2020 22:37

I have always loved Boots No 7 Pop and Glow blush sticks although they didn’t have them in my local Boots last week.

Don’t get on with powder.

Boireannachlaidir · 03/01/2020 22:44

Rimmel Maxi blush is long lasting, I can't remember the shade name but it's surprisingly a brilliant buy!
