Serum - morning or evening?

I bought some serum on a whim having had the idea enter my consciousness on here. It was Aldi cheapie. Apparently you apply it, then moisturizer after if you want. Should I apply it morning or evening?

I'm using it in the hope it will prevent my face from aging. I swim a lot so figured I'm losing a lot of natural moisture to chlorinated water.

I put mine on twice a day. I also add in a hydrator to give me a bit of a plumping up which might suit you if you feel your skin is being dehydrated. Ask me if you want the details

Yep, morning and evening is good. You could also try a face oil after your moisturiser which won't be visible on your skin but might help create a barrier when you're swimming. The Superdrug own brand skincare range is good for serums and oils.

Thanks both. That feels like a lot of stuff, either serum, hydrator, moisturiser, or serum, moisturiser, oil.
ginswinger what is a hydrator?
jeremypaxo how can the oil get to your face through the other layers?
I'm interested to try this stuff but can't figure out how to know if it works!
