High-waisted bootcut jeans for pear shape

I love Evans pear cut jeans, especially the bootcut ones. They're the only jeans I've ever bought that fit on my natural waist and are snug around my arse without gaping at the back waist. I take a size 16, but they seem to run very big so I think I'm an 18/20. They're ace.

And they've discontinued them. I bought several pairs on eBay but it's ages since any were listed. Evans' new curve range gapes horribly at my back waist. I can't be the only one - has anyone found a plus-size alternative?

I used to get mine from BHS for the same reason.
I find Matalan ones aren't too gappy at the back
