Can anyone help - thin hair!

It's always been thin but I feel like it's getting worse
Does anyone use Alpecin or Plantur 39?

I have to wash my hair every day as I look like a member of def leppard when I wake up 🤣
I get it cut every 8 weeks or so

I have used plantur 39, and various other shampoos
My hair now has almost bald patches
I found biotin to be good for existing hair, but not for hair lost
I am currently seeing a dermatologist, who said all these hair remedies ate a waste of money, but i think a shampoo which is sulphate free are better for hair
