2020 beauty no buy

Is anyone else doing this? I couldn’t find a thread on it.

I have so much in the way of make up, skincare, body products and hair care that I am now banning myself from buying anything unless I run out of something eg I won’t buy another foundation unless I run out. To be honest I have so much that I don’t think there’s much I’d run out of this year!

I want to use up what I have. It can be quite satisfying!

I’m going to be doing this, I’ve actually already started - when I realised I had about six roll on deodorants and numerous tubes of expensive hand cream! I don’t tend to hoard makeup so much, defo have a fair few mascaras to use up though!
I’m only allowing myself to buy something when I’ve completely run out of that type of product! I’ve never done this before, I always tend to read a lot of beauty magazines and want the latest thing! x

Pleased it’s not just me @Sarahlouisis33! I get sucked in by a good deal or whats hot in the magazines or on beauty blogs / YouTube. I have things from last years January sales shopping unopened! 🙈 x

@BunnytheBlueWhale - I also have numerous packets of Gillette Venus razors unopened. I buy them when there’s an offer on and can never be bothered to shave my legs!!

It’s amazing what we buy when it’s on sale!!
