Thinking of buying

No, it’s not worth the price, it’s hype and style over quality of products with all her stuff honestly. The shea butter alone will block your pores if you use too much.

No. Better to spend your money on retinol, serums or SPF and use a cheaper moisturiser

If you’re going to fork out for an expensive moisturiser, I would avoid any made by a cosmetic company. Style over substance.

Go for something by Alumier MG, Skinsceuticals, Decleor, Omorovicza, QMS or similar.

They’ve got decent amount of serious products in them to actually make a long term difference to your skin. CTMC is purely cosmetic.

No, I got a pot off eBay so didn't pay full price and glad I didn't. Can't see any benefit it's given me over any other moisturiser I own. It's thick like Nivea, so at least feels like something is going on.

It seems to suit my skin and acts like a good primer for foundation. Is very expensive though, so might try the Aldi Caviar next time.

You can buy a travel size of the night cream (they sell a 15ml version).

I was very disappointed. Just bought Glossier moisturiser which has made my skin much softer in a few days.

I use tropic skincare, not tested on animals and no nasty chemicals

I ended up with two large jars last Christmas. It has a strong rose smell which I like but i wasn’t impressed overall. I used one entire jar (not all at once obviously) and it left my face feeling a little raw so I was always glad to wash it off in the evening. I also wasn’t keen on the open jar packaging. It felt unhygienic dipping in every day and the exposure would have surely destroyed some of its goodness over time.

Makeup did sit ok on top of it though and it didn’t dry out.

Once it was empty I decided to switch to something different between starting the next jar but realised how much better my skin looked without it so didn’t go back.

No, no, no, no... I was so excited to get it in my advent calendar and in 2 days it had completely dried out my (absolutely normal) skin ... I really disliked it.
