Black to a Spring wedding?

Looking for advice.... I'm going a black tie wedding at the start of March and have found a dress which I quite like. However is it ok to wear black to a wedding? I'll attach a pic and all opinions are welcome

I’d say that’s fine if it’s black tie but I’d wear red or pink shoes with it

I must say I don't like the dress at all, but I think the whole thing about not wearing black to a wedding is a bit outdated now.

Wear what you feel comfortable in, I hate bright colours and wore a black dress to my friends summer wedding.
