Well I’ll be. Bra revelations

As prompted by @AnotherEmma on a previous bra thread ( I think it was her, apols if I got it wrong) I did a Bra That Fits measuring. Much hilarity ensues when it suggested 30E or 32DD over my usual 34B. I have breast hyperplasia so boobs are small and a very odd shape, but I dutifully trotted off to John Lewis and spent about an hour trying on a bazillion bras.

I now own a 30E and it fits Crown Shock No more band cutting into nipples when I reach up!

Am mortified that I have been wearing such poorly fitting bras all along and without this place I still would be!

Good for you! It’s a total game-changer isn’t it? Clothes will look completely different now.

AnotherEmma · 29/12/2019 16:37

Hurrah! Wouldn't be surprised if it was me, I am evangelical about women getting the right size bra Grin Congratulations to you and your boobs!

I’m currently wearing 36C. Did the boob or bust fitting...30G! Am going to try it but find it very hard to believe, your post makes me wonder though.

fantasmasgoria1 · 29/12/2019 16:45

I am really tempted to go for a fitting now!

StatisticallyChallenged · 29/12/2019 16:46

Perfectly possible as size changes go mrstwiddle - a 36C is designed for a roughly 39" overbust, as is a 30G. Just with very different band sizes!

I thought a 30E would be like a circus big top but it’s much more believable in the flesh...Off to try on all my clothes again!
