Sheer nail varnish recommendations

I liked Dior nail glow, interested to try Chanel ballerina...but these are very expensive! Is the Chanel worth it? I've had a Chanel colour before which didn't last... Or any other recommendations? I want something which will look like my nails but on an amazing day!

Avon Pearl Perfection Nail Colour. Dries pretty much instantly and gives nails a healthy, buffed, slightly shimmery pale pink colour.

I like Essie Ballerina.

Essie mademoiselle. I’ve used it for years, before you could get Essie in UK. I prefer it to ballerina and spaghetti straps-also sheer varnishes from essie.

I have always liked the Revlon sheer/nude shades. They are very even and apply well from the start to the end of the bottle.

Most of the time I tend to buy a nice quality top and base coat and really cheap colours but for a sheer or a extremely dark intense colour, a medium price one is often worthwhile for an even finish and ease of application.

I meant Essie Mademoiselle - not Ballerina!

Chanel is shite! I wore it on my wedding day and it flakes within hours.

Try Essie Ballet Slippers or Mademoiselle.

Have you tried any of the Jessica natural polishes ?,I like Nude Thrills.

@DontFundHate, I found all the Revlon nude shades good.

I used to work doing manicures and pedicures while I was studying years ago and encouraged clients to pick nude nail shades like they would foundation, e.g. I would pick a neutral or very slightly pinky pale shade, as that way it goes with them rather than a specific outfit.

Yesss thank you all I've bought the opi one which is fantastic! It's a nail strengthening one too (I already have nail envy and love it so was so pleased to see this was similar but with added colour) it is so so nice and is literally just like my nails but better.

I also bought the Essie to try which I may do on my toenails as it was cheaper
