Colour Correcting Concealer

Suddenly noticing the purple under my eyes. I use concealer which largely sits well on the lines around the eye but doesn't really cover the purplish hue. Never really saw it as a major thing but then read a post of someone suggesting a colour correcting concealer. Can someone give me an idiots guide to CC concealer. I imagine I need a cool toned one?

Depending on skin tone You’re going to want a yellow colour correcting concealer for purple undertones for under the eye area. Or an orange (peachy tone) for blue dark circles. You can but make up concealer correct palettes with the various tones on which you can mix.

Revolution to one for £6 which is surprisingly good, have a play with that until you find the holy grail of correcting concealers.
I use the pink under my eyes but have no idea what the others do. Green is for redness but haven’t tried it. They are light and smooth out well and you can build up if you want a lot of coverage.

Thank you @branster - a very reasonable suggestion and reduced to £3
