My brother's getting married at Whitsun and I need a fabulous dress, please. I'm 43, dark haired, 5' 5", size 14, hourglass-ish. Prepared to spend loads (up to £300) to look decent.
The wedding is English country formal - think royal wedding style with hats. I want a dress with sleeves (at least short, preferably longer) rather than sleeveless and prefer a swishy midi or possibly even maxi skirt to a shift dress, and don't really want to go above the knee. I also need hat inspiration.
Have followed a couple of threads over the last couple of days and my personalised ads have improved a lot due to clicking the links!
I keep looking at dark coloured dresses - usually wear black or navy - so need help to branch out into wedding-land.
