What to do with unopened Neom & Temple spa gifts?

Neom gift is worth £40 and temple spa is £50.

I’ve contacted both and won’t accept returns or exchanges without gift receipt but I don’t have those and they are from elderly relative who I don’t want to offend

Do I just sell on eBay?

Give them to me?
