Dermalogica?

I've received a spa voucher for a hot stones massage for Christmas, but I've had one before and wasn't really a fan. I'm thinking of phoning the spa and seeing if I can swap to a facial. They use Dermalogica products for their facial treatments, has anyone got any experience of them?

I have combination skin that's also quite sensitive and reacts to anything harsh or heavily perfumed, so I'm careful with what I put on my skin and usually use Clinique products.

Can anyone shed any light on what Dermalogica is like? Thanks!

Hello,
I have very sensitive combination skin and swear by Dermalogica. Have tried to replace with cheaper products but always go back to them. It’s all fragrance free and about skin health rather than just beautifying. And cruelty free

Another Dermatologica fan here. I invested in a few bits after cheekily trying it a couple of times at a mate’s house.

Brilliant stuff. Most salons will do a Dermalogica Prescription facial, tailored to your skin. I have one about every 6 weeks, and am told I don't look my age

I’ve struggled with sensitive skin and eczema since my teens. I’ve been using Dermalogica skincare products for the last 15 years. Whenever I try to switch for cheaper products, I get breakouts and eczema. They have a sensitive range, so ask the therapist to use the sensitive range if your skin flares up.

Brilliant, thank you all so much. I'm going to ring them tomorrow and swap my treatment.

Dermalogica is great! I had a facial using all Dermalogica products in the salon at my local college a few years ago and have loved the brand since. My favourite is the Pre-Cleanse. Its fab for removing make-up. Hope you enjoy your facial. Smile

I just got the pre-cleanse for Christmas and it seems great so far! Lovely consistency and works really well as part of a double cleanse. May get some other products...

The special cleansing gel is wonderful for a morning face wash in the shower. I now buy the 500ml size, which lasts eight months of daily use, with DS borrowing it too. And the travel bottles/selections are great for holidays and weekends, or for products you don't use daily. They are also sturdy packs and I often refill with favourite products from other ranges.
