It's a stretchy sparkly lurex fabric and if I had a flat tummy I'd rather not wear a belt. As it stands I don't have a flat tummy so need a belt for definition I think. I'll wear the dress with chunky boots like the model and a thick scarf and biker jacket type thing. Am crap at accessorising and always default to plain black everything
