I had an under the skin spot on my forehead which I picked 
I kept picking it because I could feel stuff under the skin I wanted to release. I eventually left it alone and it scabbed over, I’ve just managed to pull the scab off when taking my jumper off and there’s almost a circular dip in my head where the scab was. Like the skin where the scab was is lower than the rest of my skin if that makes sense?
Has anyone had this happen to them? Please tell me it will eventually even out?
