Teeth whitening

Had anyone tried a teeth whitening kit that’s not supplied by their dentist and did it work? Tia

Crest white strips work but can only be bought in the US because whatever is in them that works isn’t approved for sale in the U.K.. As a result I don’t think any of the kits for sale on the shelves of Boots will do very much.

I think it’s always recommend to go via your dentist to get better results & avoid sensitivity. I’m doing it at the moment & really pleased

I use Phillips Zoom that I get from US Amazon. With postage comes to about £30.

You just need to buy mouldable retainers to do it. I use Sensodyne toothpaste first for an hour and the same again afterwards and never had any sensitivity.
