Knee high boots for slim legs

I have been searching for 5 years and have yet to find a decent pair of flat, black, knee high boots for skinny calves.
I love knee highs as I am a real chilly mortal and love having warm legs in the winter but most of my knee high boots are quite flappy which I hate.
Do they even exist?

I'm a 34cm so normal boots are too big for me.

Gabor Slim Leg. I don’t like Duo as the ankles are huge, even if the calf is slim.

I have the garbor slim leg too, mine does have a heel though, I'm sure they do a flat style.

I have very slim legs and have several pairs of duo boots. Love them.

Another vote for Duo but would also suggest LK Bennett. I have really slim calves and got a gorgeous pair of flat black boots there a few years back.

I bought a slim calf pair a few years ago from Jones, not sure if they are still going now though, if so mine have lasted well & are very comfortable.
