Second Hand Baby Clothes and Toy Banks

Hi There!

New to London from Australia, and due to become a mummy soon.

Was wondering, are second hand clothes a thing you can easily get here? Its becoming a big thing in Australia, and I'm keen where possible to a) save money on clothes she will quickly outgrow as a baby, and b) to not contribute too much to landfill with clothes and toys.

Where can I find something like this in London, ideally close to Richmond, Kingston, Twickenham. But fine if elsewhere!

Thanks xx

Charity shops usually have lots of baby bits in, also keep an eye for posters and on Facebook for tabletop sales- they have them here but it's quite a local thing but worth keeping an eye out for others. Facebook marketplace is also pretty good.

I buy baby clothes bundles on Ebay and would recommend it

Fara have several kids charity shops in London with great clothes, toys and other baby/kids things. The quality is usually pretty good.

NCT do nearly new sales those are pretty good but cheap and the clothes are grouped in ages. You can also pay by card.

If you're new to the UK I would recommend their childbirth classes it's a great way to meet others who are due to give birth at a similar time to you. Also they're course's tell you about what to expect from the NHS and giving birth.
