Leather look leggings- what boots/shoes ?

I have bought myself a pair of leather look leggings and don’t know what shoes or boots go with them . I’m not great with heels as I’ve got arthritis in my big toe joints and find them painful. Any ideas please ?

I wear matte DMs with mine, or narrow black suede boots. Nothing with too much shine works well.

It depends where you're wearing them too,

Casual then they work well with trainers. Smart then a pair of suede ankle boots, biker boots work well also more dressed up than trainers but not as dressy as suede ankle boots.

Thank you, suede is the way to go then. I tried them in with long leather boots but it was too much leather iyswim.

I wear suede lace up trainer style ankle boots in a contrasting colour so it sort of breaks up the leather look. I too tried the black leather knee boots and it felt a bit overkill.

They look nice with leather/ suede loafers. It tones down the 'sexy'.

I bought long length but maybe need to turn them up as all the pictures are showing a bit of ankle yes make them ankle length, but turn the hem inwards rather than create a turn up. Fine with jeans but not leggings.
