Best treatment for dry hair

My medium length hair seems ok with coconut oil, but today in a half pony, the underneath seems really dry and frizzy. Has anyone tried an intensive treatment they could recommend please? Or just use more oil?

I like the Philip Kingsley elasticiser

L'Oreal Elvive Extraordinary Oil. Just rub a few drops into your hair - wet or dry - really makes a difference. I use it after I've blow dried my hair.

I recently started mixing a couple of drops of almond oil with my regular conditioner. It’s transformed my hair which was really dry after colour stripper/over processing.

Banana hair treatment from Body Shop: it's about £12, leave it on for an hour or so.

I'm making a list already! Pinkprossecco - I rather like the idea of locking myself in my room for an hour, smelling of banana. Peace and quiet.

I took a photo of this in a magazine recently to remind me to try it....

Revlon unique one- every time I’ve used this- people notice the difference in my hair. One of the best products I’ve ever tried. Around £8 on Amazon

Saturate hair in warm
Coconut oil and leave overnight, shampoo out next day, works wonders on my thick, dry snd coarse hair

I second Philip Kingsley Elasticizer. I'm not one to spend mych normally, but I had a sample and it's a hair saviour. The one expensive product I have bought that I buy again and again.

I read somewhere on here about Osmo deep conditioning hair mask and - in need of some hair tlc I ordered it and it’s fabulous stuff. My hair is coloured, curly and dry and this stuff has made a huge difference.
