Black or brown leather biker boots

I’m after some ankle boots / biker boots, fairly simple and flat, but in leather, probably black or maybe brown. I like the feel and height of Ugg boots but want something slightly smarter. I only really wear my Uggs around the house or at my Mum’s.

Anyone seen any nice ones? I generally like Kurt Geiger but none of them have grabbed me this year

The doc martens I’ve got are something like this

Maybe I should dig them out as they’re quite nice!

I love your DM's op! They are absolutely bloody gorgeous

ReeRi · 18/12/2019 22:55

Thanks

I just went to get them out of the garage. I think they are the ones in the pic and barely worn (ignore 60s carpet)

I think I forgot how much I like them 😬🙈

I had some black Kurt Geiger biker boots that I really loved but one of my rabbits chewed through a bit of a strap that goes around it and it’s those I am trying to replace. I’m not sure whether they can be repaired as part of the “strap” is actually missinf

missing not missinf

I have these one from Celtic and Co in black www.celticandco.com/womens/footwear/leather-boots/woodsman-boots I love them so comfy go with most things, O have worn them in the wet and they are fine, I really want them in brown too, but can't justify the money at the moment.

ReeRi · 19/12/2019 13:39

They’re nice @GreyHare but similar Tommy dogs. How does the suede do well in the wet? Am I mistaken thinking it gets ruined??

@ReeRi it's more nubucky rather than suedey but mine have held up fine so far as the water just seems to repel off them, I did also spray them with a protector too before wearing them, but they are like wearing comfy slippers.

Just saw the typo in my last message. I meant similar to my docs (not Tommy dogs, whatever that means)

Try Heavenly Feet- www.heavenlyfeet.co.uk/ - lots of different styles and really good value. Very comfy and warm too.

Barbour have some lovely ones. I’ve had mine for 2 years and they’re still going strong
