I'm trying to get myself in a bit of a beauty regime cause I'm literally rubbish. I try to avoid washing my hair more than twice a week as I've noticed a massive improvement in the quality of my hair but I'm interested to know how often people do the following
- Shower/Bath
- Wash Hair
- Shave
- Exfoliate body
- Exfoliate face
- Moisturise body
- Use a face mask
- Fake tan
- Paint nails
I really want to get myself a little day by day routine going cause at the moment I shower every day/every other day, wash my hair twice a week, shave once a week, never Exfoliate face or body (unless I'm putting fake tan on), Moisturise body once in a blue moon, probably do a facemask once every two weeks, fake tan if I'm going out and I'm trying soooo hard to keep on top of my nails but they just keep chipping.
I'd just like to feel a bit more put together cause at the mo I feel like a bit of a fat slob and hating what I see in the mirror and want to give myself a boost!!
