Hair tablets

My hair looks flat, frizzy and dull.
Can anyone recommend hair tablets, ones which will promote glossier looking hair?

Biotin

Biotin, silica, sea kelp and iron supplements have all helped my hair to grow. I haven't taken them all together, just tried them over the years.
I get them from amazon, and am currently taking sea kelp, biotin and iron. My hair is currently growing and the hair loss from iron deficiency has slowed down quite dramatically.
I also take vitamin d3, b vitamins and omega oils as well.
