I've always hated my nose and it's really knocked my confidence. Finally decided to take the plunge and get it 'fixed'. So nervous and excited. Anyone else had this done? Anyone else booked? Any advice :)

Are you taking/using arnica? My nose felt fuzzy after the op but I was surprised that it wasn't painful.

@misscockerspaniel yes taking arnica, vit c, bromelain to help. Icing a bit too and sleeping upright. Looks like the swelling will be a slow process. Yes not really painful, just uncomfortable.

Don't be alarmed at the swelling and when the cast is taken off, remember that it takes months and months (up to 2 years) for the swelling to go. Another thing to remember is always put a high SPF cream on your nose, whatever the weather (I use La Roche-Posay) as it becomes v sensitive to the sun.

Yay, well done! Hope you recover quickly.

Hi OP I was wondering how you got on post op? And would you be happy to message me with the name of your surgeon? I've been trying to find a good one but it's so hard to find one I feel I can trust! Thanks :)
