Superdry sizing??

If I would normally buy a size 8 top what size should I be looking at for a Superdry coat?
Blouses I normally choose size 8 as I like to be able to move freely in them, I have recently bought some size 6 blouses from Primark which are fine.
Coat wise 6 (ASOS) is on the tight side but wearable, 10 looks like I am wearing something borrowed.
Looking at size charts suggests that I should be going for XS, does this sound right to those of you who have Superdry coats?

I'm a 6 on top and get a new superdry coat every year. Last years is a XS but it's a short coat. I find it a bit snug to be honest and have passed it over to my very skinny 12 year old.

According to the size guide I should be a XS but I've just ordered a small and it's a much better fit. I do find there coats snug under the arms so you can't raise your arms.

Also if you are getting a longer coat and have hips I would size upto a small.

Most of there coats do have pull in cords

Thank you. It’s what I suspected, but a shame as the coat I have seen is only available in XS.
