Hi everyone,
My sons girlfriend would like some skincare products for Christmas, especially cleansers and toner.
I would like to get her something a bit more special or indulgent IYKWIM? Can anyone suggest a nice, good quality brand?
She is 27 and has combination skin, no allergies or anything
Thanks in advance

Depends what your budget is.... My daily stuff is Philosophy Purity and Daily Exfoliating Wash at home, or The Ordinary when I travel (no preference, just ease of sizes!) Indulgent would be Elemis Cleansing Balm, with their toner (I don't need it with the others). I also have Decleor Micellar Oil, which is good when I do a double cleanse. If she uses budge-proof mascara like Benefit "They're Real", all of the above shift it, but the Elemis is least effective. The Ordinary is possibly best. Also cheapest.

I'm not sure how well known the range is in the UK but perhaps something from Mario Badescu? Their cleansers and toners are very nice and there is a good range to choose from.

Maybe a beauty pie membership?

Thanks for the suggestions so far, about to start googling!

Just came here to say definitely not Mario Badescu. It's expensive shit, basically full with alcohol which has to be avoided!

Depending on budget, I'd say Glossier fits the age range to a tee, feels special and indulgent. I'd buy her the Milk jelly cleanser, Solution exfoliating toner and Futuredew. Someone on here will have a referral code to get you a discount.

I would go on QVC

Liz Earle or Elemis

Thanks everyone, your help has been much appreciated. I'm sure now I can get one of the brands suggested here. She's a special girl, I want to get it right x

@Lochnesslassie listen to Botemp! She’s one of the resident skincare experts on these boards!

I buy benefit cleanser for my DSD who is 26. Bit of a splurge as a special gift.
2nd purity philosophy which is a great product

I absolutely love Pixi products. Treated myself to a gift box from Boots (£60 for facewash, toner and moisturiser) and the difference it has made to my skin in the last month or so is remarkable. Hoping Santa brings more.
