Watching with interest!

I smooth it down under my bum so I’m not sitting on it crumpled. I don’t have any other advice but no coats don’t crease either! I guess it depends on what they’re made of though

I have some jaeger wool and cashmere coats they don’t seem to crease
As per prev poster I do try and not crumple where I sit

SurpriseSparDay · 12/12/2019 23:19

Good fabrics don’t crumple when you sit on them!

HundredMilesAnHour · 12/12/2019 23:26

It's all about fabric quality. You need to buy good quality fabric that is well cut. And try sitting down in a coat before you buy it as a test.

Monty27 · 12/12/2019 23:27

Fabric quality deffo

You want 100% wool tweed or camel-hair, or, if you’re a millennial, the more expensive padded/quilted/anorak-y stuff. (Actually even my corduroy coat doesn’t crease ...)

Go straight to the MaxMara site, then extrapolate in other places at your preferred budget.
