Petite thermal leggings?

I need to buy MIL some thermal leggings but she's under 5 foot and finds they bunch up at the bottom and annoy her. I can't find petite or cropped ones anywhere. Any tips?

If she’s slim as well as petite, maybe M&S Heatgen leggings from the girls section?

I use girl ones. Generally age 13 - 14. I think Next have some, or a walking shop. I also use Heat Holder tights at that size.

She's a size 12. Do you think girls ones will be ok on the waist?

This may not be terrifically helpful right now, but Lidl leggings are a good length on me at 5’ 2” with short, stumpy legs, so if you shop there anyway, keep your eye out for when they’re selling them. Their thermal ones are very comfortable.
