Eyelids creasing!

So I treated myself to some Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk eyeshadow ( which looks awfully orange on me and not pink), as I rarely wear makeup.

Putting it on, my eyelids crease and dont unfold again for ages! They are really baggy and horrid, like I need to drink several litres of water ( I do). I'm 41 and have always looked young. Is this normal? It's like there is extra folds of skin.

Did you put on primer?

No. Does that stop the creasing? It's the skin that creases. I'm also thinking my eyelids may have become hooded as I cant see much of my eyelid anymore.

Just ditch the eyeshadow,sounds shit.

Eyelids are meant to crease,of they didn't you wouldn't be able to open and close your eyes.

Is there any sparkle in the eye shadow? That would emphasise any creases. I have aging hooded eyes and can only use mat shadows.

Either prime them or apply your usual foundation or concealer then (the important bit) go over the eyelids with some face powder or nude eyeshadow, then apply your Pillow talk eyeshadow.

Or both!

Primer makes a big difference. Then try and build up the colour
