Best mascara for short eye lashes

Can anyone recommend one? I had been using Benefit but it seems to smudge under my eyes really quickly these days and feel like I need a change

Sod the mascara and try Maybelline or L'Oreal lash growth serum. They really truly give you eyelashes like a cow and work well on sparse brows too. Boots often do L'Oreal 3 for 2 and Amazone are cheapest for Maybelline. It takes 2-3 weeks to see results and at c£7 per month/tube it's very reasonable.
