Any decent affordable tinted moisturisers out there?

I love the nars one but can’t really afford £30 each time so I want to try another one as I haven’t used any others for a while now. Any recommendations?

Beauty pie.
I used to use nivea but not a patch on nars

iamthevirginmarywith2weans · 10/12/2019 21:02

Lumene is £26 on feelunique at the moment.

I didn’t rate the Beauty Pie one. Didn’t spread over my face very well. Origins Ginzing is brilliant. £18 I think, but I wait until M&S has 20% off on beauty.

I've tried loads of more expensive ones but still keep going back to No7

zippyswife · 10/12/2019 21:07

@MooKnee how long did the nars last? What was the coverage like? I wanted to try it but need to get to a stockist.

zippyswife · 10/12/2019 21:08

@RockingMyFiftiesNot which no 7?

Flurgle · 10/12/2019 21:13

Nyx Bare with me skin veil. Cheap as chips and really lovely. Well impressed with it.

MooKnee · 10/12/2019 21:20

@zippyswife it lasts a while, prob about 2 months and it’s got light weight feel to it with a good moderate coverage, brilliant for every day but this month I can’t afford it with Xmas coming up (hope to be ok by next time!)

I had no idea Lumene was having a moment. I used to use it over twenty years ago when I lived in a country near to where the brand was from. Funnily enough, I was looking for it the other day as I used to love their lipstick. Can’t believe I’ve seen it mentioned on here!

No 7 BB Cream is the one I keep going back to every time.

professionalnomad · 11/12/2019 13:56

The Loreal BB cream is also really nice

BillywigSting · 11/12/2019 14:04

Another vote for no7 here.

I tried the nars one and didn't rate it, felt more like a foundation than a tinted moisturiser

ari11 · 11/12/2019 18:32

Another vote for no 7 bb cream. Normally apply with a foundation brush for best coverage and results. Actually prefer it to the Nars which I have too.

zippyswife · 11/12/2019 22:10

I have the no 7 bb cream factor 50. I find it very thick and heavy though and my skin is too pale for it in the winter. Maybe I should mix it up with my foundation.

MooKnee · 12/12/2019 13:30

I have bought the no.7 bb cream to try! Thanks all

I use the No7 bb cream over my new No7 primer. I really like it.
