I really need to invest in a good shampoo for my coloured and over bleached hair. Any recommendations?

My hairdresser works from home, and i used to go to her when she was in a salon. She said every place shes worked, theyve had to promote a different shampoo, and make out theyre all something special, but now she works for herself, she just uses the alberto balsam ones that are about a quid and says they are great shampoos and just as good as salon ones. My hair always looks great when she does it

Kerastase colour chroma riche range (pink bottles) including the mask - amazing, has really helped my awful hair to the point that even my hairdresser compliments the condition of it now! I use the shampoo in the clear pink bottle (sensitised hair), not the opaque one (normal hair)

You should also alternate from time to time with a clarifying shampoo to remove build up. Also for a toning shampoo, the L’Oréal silver one is nice but actually Matrix’s are cheaper and are more hydrating so leave my hair in better conditions after usage.

Olaplex / protein treatments using sparingly really help too. When my hair was really damaged I used it twice a week then weekly then to once a month. If you overdo it, it will make your hair worse.

I recommend Davinese Oi
My hair has never been in such good condition.

I think it’s more to do with the water than the shampoo. I live in a hard water area and a vinegar rinse is the best thing for my hair.

I'm using Redken All Soft shampoo and conditioner at the moment and it's lovely. I then use Tigi Ego Boost leave in conditioner and Elvive No Haircut Cream heat protection cream. My hair is highlighted and in great condition using these products.

I used to have dry, damaged & frizzy hair even with bi weekly conditioning treatment masks. Since I switched to a sulfate free shampoo 18 months ago my hair's been in the best condition ever. I use purology sulfate free moisture shampoo (lookfantastic sell it cheaper than salons)
