Winter christening help

I have a family christening at the end of January and I have nothing suitable to wear. Lots of lovely dresses around just now, but all a bit OTT for a christening. So much easier to dress for a summer occasion!

I'm 5ft 1, size 10, 34B, some hips and baby belly. Budget about £60.
