They all look lovely but beware of anything too ornate if you just have a bottom piercing. I tried out a few earlier this year and found that the glammy ones I wanted just wouldn't stay upright in my ear.

I bought these recently. Absolutely gorgeous and you can wear the spikes with any studs you already have as well as the ones they come with. I get so many compliments when I wear them.
