I want to start a retinol regime finally (bought retirides in the summer and still not used it).

Any recommendations. I'm going to Davos in January (work not skiing unfortunately) so needs to be suitable for high altitude and I'll be outside all day.

I used the heliocare gel sunscreen this summer and it was great

Biore Watery Essence Buy from a Japanese seller from eBay Best sunscreen ever

This Superdrug SPF50 Mattifying face cream is amazing and so, so cheap. It's matt and doesnt leave a white cast. Apply it then wait 10 minutes before putting make up on. It provides a really good base for foundation.

Heliocare here too, although I use the fluid cream

If you have the budget, I love Kiehl’s. No sticky residue, no white cast, works well under makeup.

Heliocare gel cream or Ultrasun anti-pigmentation are both great for intense sun. I think the Ultrasun works best for ‘beach days’. It’s a bit shiny but I’ve never burned with it and one darkish freckle actually faded after using it for 3 weeks on holiday.

Depends on your skin type a little, and also what kind of day youre having.

I have combination/oily skin and for work days when Im mostly inside, I use the Biore one which is great. For outside days I use La Roche Posay, or currently, the Heliocare (oil free gel) one which I love. Sometimes Neostrata Physical Defence which is also great but a bit pricey.
