Perfume parlour - what are the best dupes?

Anyone used perfume parlour? Can you recommend any good dupes?

I’m keen to try some of the Jo Malone ones and wondered if they were a close match?

I have a couple of the JMs and they're great. Far longer lasting than the fancy water sold in posho boxes by JM. I have the lime basil mandarin, wood sage and sea salt (my fave) and a handful of others.
I have about 80 PP dupes.
You'll never look back!

Oooh that’s good to hear. Do you get the oils or the sprays?

Seconding the JM dupes! I have the roll on oils and they're fab. Not sure where you're buying them but someone on S&B recommended checking ebay for them, I was a bit dubious but they were really cheap and came pretty promptly. Just check reviews to make sure they're a safe seller

Are they called something - other than JM dupes (apologies if thats a silly question) if you're searching on ebay?

StickyToffeeTart · 07/12/2019 00:26

I'm afraid I can't remember off the top of my head but I think I just put in perfume parlour and then the seller had a list of perfume names and what they were duped of and you had to email her to specify? It put me off a bit because usually you just select from a drop down on eBay, but actually she was a good seller! I'll have a look for the link

Can't do proper links from my phone, sorry! Blush hope this is ok

Thank you

The JM ones are the best imo, they smell the same but last so much longer than the real thing.

The issey miyake dupe is really good!

Go directly to www.perfume-parlour.co.uk/ and search the perfume name or brand name you’re looking for.

The Jo Malone pomegranate noir is spot on, it’s one of their best sellers. My other favourite from PP is the dupe of Creed’s Virgin Islands water, it smells like lime and coconut, isn’t too sweet and is a brilliant summer scent.

Kilian love don’t be shy ( i think it’s called modest affection) is my current favourite. Also love Prada Infusion d’ iris and Hermes Un Jardin sur le nil which smells far better than the original

bluesatinmanolos · 07/12/2019 16:55

The Dior Hypnotic Poison and Tom Ford Vanille Fatale ones - I own the originals and they are spot on.

evilharpy · 09/12/2019 10:15

Some of the Tom Ford dupes are good. I like Vanille Fatale and Tobacco Vanille (which is now called something like Leaf??), and a couple of the discontinued ones.

The JM dupes are indeed very good.

People keep recommending the one that smells like Dove soap. I haven't tried it though.

If you remember Gloria by Cacharel, now sadly discontinued, the dupe for that is spot on and lasts all day (longer than the TF ones). I was so happy to find it as Gloria was one of my favourites and I was gutted when they discontinued it. Would highly recommend this one.

Cartier L'Envols is pretty decent.
