Silver Toscana Sheepskin - how practical is it?

I've just splurged on a gorgeous coat from Poetry - it arrived today - absolutely gorgeous but it's such a light colour that I'm scared it'll look wrecked after a couple of wears - for that kind of money I was thinking it needs to last forever?! Anyone had a similar coloured sheepskin that can advise?

Yes, the grey one! I can't do the clever score-out text thing - what really happened is I said to my husband, 'You might have bought my Christmas present'. On the phone. While he was at work. So he couldn't cry in public. Got the grey. It's really extravagant but soooo fab. Not sure if I'll keep it or not.... Need to speak very nicely to him. And maybe have sex.
