Spots on the end of my nose

Please help. For the last month or two I've been getting spots on the end of my nose. I'm in my forties....this shouldn't be happening. I look like Rudolph today. What can I do?

Sometimes they are low level redness...sometimes I wake up with a big yellow fellow. I can get make up to hide it either.

Is it rosacea? I got it just on my nose. Soolantra cream from the gp (or you can buy it online from pharmacy2u) cleared it up. I did look like Rudolph and my nose literally glowed xx

Thank you so much @Sarahlouiseis33 ...I made a doctors appointment and that's exactly what it is. Hopefully my Rudolph impression will be gone by 2020!
