That's it really. I'm going on a city break in Europe next week. The forecast is 16 and sunny. I can't think past the freezing cold frosty mornings here to know what to pack/wear? Cabin bag only so a variety of coats isn't an option 
. Can anybody remind me how warm or chilly 16 is? Coat? leather jacket? denim jacket? jumper? dress/skirt with tights / no tights? Thank you!
