Quite urgently looking for black maxi skirt

I've searched all my known online sites and the regular high street stores I go in but to no avail.

I'm quite tall and looking for a long black maxi skirt for a formal occasion. I would like the top to sit above my waist and it needs to be a good quality material.

Budget is £100 max. Anything that fits the bill material and price wise is never long enough, I would like it to go to the ankle if possible.

Can anyone help and put me out of my misery?

Wow the power of Mumsnet and nobody even replied! I've just ordered this. Rhis is perfect IF the material is quality and IF it fits nicely. I had actually looked in mango but this is only available online.

Any other ideas really appreciated in case this isn't the one.
