Jeans for short 13 year old DD

Really struggling to find jeans that fit DD. She is shortish (5 foot 1) but an hourglass figure.

Jeans are either too long, too tight (she doesn't like skinny fit) or too baggy round the legs. She is generally a size 6, but in some shops a size 6 is too big for her. We've looked at children's jeans, but 11-12 is normally too small and 13-14 too big.

Any suggestions? I don't want to spend a fortune as she's at the age where she'll probably change her mind about the clothes she likes in a few months.

As she is hour glass, so assuming smaller waist to hips, she will need to look at Women’s ranges and will need the ones that do petite, sorter lengths. Topshop and Asos definitely do and H&M. M&S also do differing lengths as in truth the mother brands are more fashion forward so it could well be skinny jeans etc. Gap also do petite ranges.

Maybe try these in the smallest 2 sizes? Daughter tried about 20 pairs of jeans from various shops before discovering them.

Forgot to mention that she rolls hers up a bit and they look great

I'm 5'1" & get jeans from M&S (Lily slim fit or magic sculpt slim fit) - I find straight too baggy & skinny jeans unflattering.

Or Next also do Petite styles in slim fit.
