Hello!

I’ve decided I want to try TO but I’ve no idea what I need or if it would event work for my skin. I’m 30, my skin problems are mild acne, massive pores and v oily. I am hoping for something to work for this. I’ve tried numerous things in my time, roaccutane, antibiotics, a million different lotions and potions and nothing has really worked. Currently using Duac which does an okay job but would like to wean off.

Routine is terrible, it’s:
Am
Clearsil exfoliator wash
Simple blemish moisturiser (now discontinued - boo)

Pm
Simple face wipe, then remove remaining make up with hot flannel
Duac

It keeps my face mostly spot free but my skin is horrible otherwise.

Can anyone offer any guidance? Smile

If you email Victoria Health who are big TO stockists they suggest a regime.
I'm not a TO fan, but when I tried them VH were very helpful. They do recommend a fair few products but I don't think they do it for the sake of it iyswim.

I’m not a fan of TO either.

I would start by ditching any facial wipe from your routine and switching to cerave cleanser.

I use eucurin moisturiser, slightly more expensive than your basic moisturiser but it lasts a long time and it’s helped my skin massively.
