Skin care routine for a newbie

Ok, so I have reached the grand age of 35 and still fairly clueless about skincare. I wash my face and take makeup off with wipes. I put moisturiser on before makeup and that's it.

So I need to dramatically up my game. I purchased a Elemis procolegen spf moisturiser I'm the Black Friday sales, but when I look up all other skin care it's a mind field and I get confused at what I need.

My skin is sensitive I guess, I can't wear makeup daily. All my make up is from benefit as they do make overs and then I just buy the entire lot every few years 😂 my previous moisturiser is from benefit, so realised I needed to up my game.

So other than wipes and what I guess is a fairy decent moisturiser, what else do I need?

Start double cleansing at night. Get yourself a oil based cleanser for the first cleanse, it'll remove make up and spf. Then cleanse with a regular cleanser, I use a cream cleanser. Exfoliate twice a week. Toner. Get a nice serum. Use facemak twice a week. I love sheet masks. Then moisturize.

Ditch the wipes, they are the worse way to clean your skin. Bad for your skin, bad for the environment. PP’s routine sounds great. I agree, invest in a good cleaner and use a serum before your moisturiser. You’ll start to see results for sure.

Excellent thanks, any recommendations for any of the above. I ordered tiny cleaner from Elemis but What oil based one.
